Compare to pianos rebuilt elsewhere in which lifeless and brittle, (so-called original) old soundboards have been retained. This Steinway model M polished ebony grand was fully rebuilt in the Faust Harrison factory. It received a brand-new soundboard, a new German action, hand-wound bass strings and our high-gloss ebony finish. This piano projects a wonderfully rich tone that captivates listeners.
