Terms of Use

US Piano Connection is an advertising and listing venue that connects piano buyers with dealers and private sellers. We are not a party to any sale. We do not own the pianos listed, take possession of them, handle purchase payments between buyers and sellers, or act as a broker or escrow service. Every transaction is solely between the buyer and the seller.

Listings are created by sellers and dealers, or imported from dealer websites with their cooperation. We review listings before publication and remove ones that violate these terms, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, condition, availability, or title status of any piano. Prices, appraisal estimates, and deal badges are informational only — always inspect a piano and verify paperwork before you buy.

If you create a listing, you promise it is truthful, that you have the right to sell the piano, and that your photos and text don't infringe anyone's rights. You grant us a license to display that content on the site and in our promotion of it (for example, social media posts featuring your listing).

Don't use the site to post false or misleading listings, harvest other users' contact details, send spam, interfere with the service, or do anything illegal. We may remove content or suspend access at our discretion to keep the marketplace trustworthy.

Optional paid features (such as promoting a listing) are billed at the price shown at checkout and processed by Stripe. Because promotion starts immediately, these purchases are non-refundable once the promotion has run. If a paid feature fails to deliver, contact us and we will make it right.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, US Piano Connection is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, for the condition or legality of any piano sold, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
