Internally, the piano has been fully cleaned, including the strings, restoring clarity and visual integrity under the lid. Mechanically, the piano received the following upgrades and refinements: – Damper heads were removed and resprayed, with new damper felts installed for clean, precise damping – Underlevers were replaced to improve consistency and response – Key end felts were replaced for quieter, more refined key travel – A full regulation and voicing was completed using the existing parts, bringing the action and tone into harmonious balance The result is a Steinway M that feels alive under the hands – musically expressive, mechanically confident, and visually elegant.
