1952 Kranich & Bach Standard Upright

Kranich & Bach Standard Upright Piano made in NYC, Serial # 77246. I looked it up and it was made around 1951–1952. My parents purchased this used in 1996 (I have the receipt), I believe it only had 1 previous owner. My mother kept it tuned regularly and the outside is in excellent condition. She only played sporadically because of her arthritis and stopped playing by 2009. It stayed under a cover from 2009 until about 2019 when she had it moved to a different room and had it tuned. After 2 months of sporadic practicing she covered it and that's how it's been. According to the piano technician it still has good sound and is tunable. The photos show the piano and bench. The bench is solid but it's missing the bottom (inside) piece.
