1984 Steinway & Sons K52

Just Arrived! Regarded by many musicians as one of the top handmade upright pianos on the market, this Steinway K52 Walnut Satin has the big sound reminiscent of the 52" tall piano that it is, with longer strings and a larger sound board than most baby grands. It is a one-owner piano that has been well cared for and is encased in a gorgeous light burled walnut finish. Steinway refers to this instrument as a "verti-grand" because of it's size and because of a unique, slightly forward tilting back construction which gives it quicker action response than most uprights and baby grands. This particular piano is finished in a beautiful book-marked walnut satin lustre with gorgeous inlays. It is in great condition both inside and out. All parts are original New York Steinway & Sons. This is the upright for someone looking for the highest quality of pianos in a slightly lower price point. The intrument comes complete with a matching bench and a 5 year parts & labor warranty for complete peace of mind. The first in-home tuning is free of charge. This instrument comes with a 10-year full trade to a future new premium grand purchase. Also consider as an alternative, a new Steinway-designed Boston UP132 52" "Performance Edition" upright, a similar high-end professional upright. Brand new and perfect, this model is designed in NY by Steinway & Sons, carries a 10 year Steinway warranty and is in a similar price point. Serial #: 492828.
