1989 Kawai KG2E

This Kawai KG2 Ebony Satin baby grand piano is a gorgeous piano, inside and out! It has gone through the usual technical and cabinet inspection that all our Pre-owned pianos go through prior to being available for sale. The baby grand measures 5'10" in size, so is made to fit most spaces. This particular one is in the ebony satin finish, a look that is elegant while understated in any setting. The KG series pianos (manufactured up through the 1990's) are equivalent to the current GX-series Kawai grands. This one is much lower in price though, due to it being used. The KG2 was one of Kawai's better quality pianos at the time, not the entry level (which were known as the GE-series pianos - currently GL-series). The piano comes with a 5-year parts & labor warranty, bench and the first tuning in the home for free. Also included is a 10-year full trade agreement to a new Steinway grand purchase in the future. Also consider as an alternative a new Boston GP178 5'10" baby grand with a manufacturer's 10 year parts and labor warranty, and designed by Steinway & Sons in NY.
